As a Brand Manager/Account Leader at Tilstar, you will be a strategic partner to our clients, managing high-value accounts and leading initiatives that align with their brand vision and growth goals. This role combines brand strategy, client relationship management, and operational leadership, ensuring exceptional results for each client.

This is a 100% remote Full-Time role.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building trust and ensuring alignment with their brand vision and goals.
  • Act as a brand steward, ensuring Tilstar’s services deliver maximum value and growth potential for each client.
  • Regularly report on performance metrics, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations to drive client satisfaction and retention.

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute custom growth strategies for clients, focusing on SEO, PPC, and pricing strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to optimize product positioning, pricing, and overall brand presence.
  • Align client objectives with actionable plans, driving both short-term wins and long-term success on Amazon.

Operational Oversight

  • Oversee cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, ensuring seamless execution of brand strategies.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to maintain high standards and client expectations.
  • Continuously assess and improve internal processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Performance and Growth

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging insights to refine strategies and achieve exceptional results.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and upselling, contributing to both client growth and Tilstar’s revenue objectives.
  • Develop case studies and success stories to showcase Tilstar’s expertise and drive new business.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in brand management, account leadership, or related roles, with a focus on working directly with clients to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-faceted strategies, including Amazon SEO, PPC management, and pricing optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of making data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
