Overview

Tilstar is seeking an innovative Content Specialist to join our team. As part of our growing company, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling and effective content for Amazon product listings, A+ Content pages, Brand Storefronts, and marketing materials for our clients.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing and branding teams to develop creative strategies and messaging that align with each brand’s identity and business objectives. Your expertise will ensure content is optimized for engagement, conversions, and visibility on Amazon.

This is a 100% remote Full-Time role.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing Content Creation

  • Write compelling product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ Content that accurately represent the product, engage the target audience, and adhere to Amazon’s guidelines.
  • Ensure all product copy is clear, concise, and optimized to drive conversions and improve customer engagement.

SEO and Keyword Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research to optimize product listings for Amazon search rankings, ensuring seamless keyword integration within product content.
  • Regularly update and revise content based on SEO best practices, performance data, and Amazon’s algorithm changes to maintain high visibility.

Brand Voice and Tone

  • Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all content, ensuring alignment with the client’s brand strategy and customer expectations.
  • Adapt messaging for different audiences while keeping it engaging and informative.

Collaboration and Feedback

  • Work closely with account managers, marketing teams, and product developers to understand product details, features, and benefits.
  • Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve content as necessary.

Performance Tracking and Improvement

  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics on Amazon, making data-driven adjustments to improve conversion rates and sales.
  • Refresh and adapt content for seasonal changes, new product launches, and feature updates.
  • Stay updated on Amazon’s policies, eCommerce trends, and best practices for content optimization.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or marketing for Amazon, eCommerce, or digital platforms.
  • In-depth experience with Google Docs and other content management tools.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, marketing principles, and brand messaging.
  • Knowledge of Amazon advertising policies and best practices.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional teams (account managers, marketing specialists, product developers).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with task management tools such as Notion and Trello.
