Overview
We are searching for an innovative Amazon Account/Project Manager to work with our client based in Europe. Our client is the world's most innovative eCommerce software toolset to grow Amazon brands and agencies.
In this role, you will be responsible for taking detailed notes during meetings, assigning tasks to team members, and delegating work as needed. You will handle various Amazon-based tasks, support project coordination, and manage workflows to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Amazon Marketplace Expertise
- Understand the nuances of different marketplaces, primarily focusing on the US and other English-speaking markets.
- Stay updated on Amazon's policies, algorithms, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve product visibility, rankings, and sales across different marketplaces.
Project Management
- Coordinate project activities, overseeing timelines, workflows, and deliverables to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Assign tasks to team members based on their strengths and project requirements, effectively delegating to maintain productivity and quality.
- Monitor task progress, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines, and making adjustments as necessary.
Client Management
- Manage a portfolio of 3-5 clients and build strong relationships based on trust and transparency.
- Understand client goals, preferences, and constraints to tailor strategies that meet their specific needs.
- Provide regular updates, performance reports, and actionable insights to clients to ensure their satisfaction and success.
Communication and Collaboration
- Engage in effective communication with clients, account representatives, and executional staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve common objectives.
Technical Proficiency
- Demonstrate proficiency in Amazon Seller Central.
- Utilize advanced mathematical and programming skills to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Leverage expertise in tools such as Helium10, JungleScout, and ZonGuru for market research and competitive analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Amazon Seller Central.
- Demonstrated experience working with sellers across different Amazon marketplaces.
- Leadership skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure project alignment with client objectives.
- Project management skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
- Experience with GSuite (Gmail, GSheets, and GDocs).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in task management tools such as Slack, Notion, and Trello.
